Corrections, questions and complaints. What we can help with, and what only OurDream can.

Use the form below. It reaches one person, so give it a day or two — corrections get answered fastest, because they are the easiest to act on.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a price, a figure or a description on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and re-date the page. This is the message we most want to receive.
- Questions about the Comic Studio that the pages do not answer.
- Complaints about our coverage, including that we were unfair to a product.
What we cannot help with
We are not OurDream.
We cannot see your account, cancel your subscription, refund a charge, restore a comic or recover a password. Those go to OurDream's own help desk, which is linked from the sidebar of their site. We have no access to anything of yours.
Before you write
Three questions arrive constantly and are already answered at length: what it costs is on the cost page, whether discount codes work is on the promo codes page, and whether the platform is legitimate is on the safety page.
